Please read these terms carefully as they are a binding legal contract, and we suggest downloading a copy for your records.
You are purchasing lifetime access to The OPTIMUM HORSE ~ Symmetry Physiology Masterclass Beta Version 2.0. This has a minimum of 8 Modules each with a minimum of 4 lessons each. You are paying $4900 for this program, either in full or in 2 monthly installments of $2600- ($5200). If you are businesses/business owners, You are purchasing this in your business capacity and guaranteeing the purchase as an individual. After completing this program you will be invited to be part of The Optimum Horse Membership Collaborative* (*not officially named) for a monthly or yearly charge of TBD. Please allow up to 24 hours for a welcome email from me with your login info and Getting Started Instructions and PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER. The program officially starts when you enroll, but you will have access to the initial content before then (it will have content continually added before and throughout the course) and you’ll receive another welcome email then. The Course is 4-6 months long, with felexibility for life events and emergencies when agreed upon by Savannah Aliy Jackson or the Team at Optimum Horse but you will always have access to this course and its content for life. We reserve the right to delay opening the program if technical difficulties arise.
Private Lesson-Session 1:1 Application (discounted for Masterclass members) Is purchased as a single event-$300 (at anytime during enrollment and is available only while in the Masterclass and must be completed during the current course dates). Included-a 30 minute personal video education and consultation session with Savannah Aliy Jackson and with one horse and one person preferably in a live feed video format with strong internet wifi signal through Zoom, Facebook Messenger, Skype or other similar application. If this cannot be done, the video with questions will be submitted for review and comments separately reviewed in a live format as described above BUT SUBMITTED VIDEO MUST BE UNDER 30 MINUTES. All footage and recordings will be the property of OPTIMUM ALUMNI, LLC see the video and photographic material release below. If you are NOT enrolled in the Masterclass, this session will be considered a paid evaluation with assistance of video and palpation from the horse handler. The cost for this is $450 for 45 minutes and will include assessment for pain, uneven biomencanics, birth physiology, stress levels and compensation patters and may include nutritional, saddle, dentist, practitioner, exercise, hoof care, and any other general welfare suggestions. Please read the Billing Policies for cancellation, refund and reschedule policies. These will be charged when the session is booked, and scheduling of the sessions will be done between the parties to be scheduled within 2 weeks- 14 days of purchase. Lifetime Founding Member is only offered for a limited time and to a select number of openings (50 available openings). Cost for this is $5597 and is paid in full or in two installments of $, 30 days apart. There are no refunds for this option. What this makes available is paid Masterclass- see above, lifetime membership to the not-yet released membership site (valued at a minimum investment of $75 per month). A minimum of 10% discount in all current and future programs, a confirmed spot in the Optimum Horse PRO! Become a Equine Performance Technician Practitioner -VIP LIVE Certification Course- for the first 2 courses only, and if all tests and pre qualifications are met prior to the Certification Course. Please note if you are paying in installments. This program is an “all or nothing” purchase. If your card account is declined for any reason (insufficient credit, closed, expired, or other reason), we will contact you to update your payment information. You agree to do so within 5 business days. Failure to update your account information will cause your access to the program to be suspended entirely. This is not a pay by month, or pay for partial access, situation, which would not be fair to those who have committed to the entire payment plan.
Optimum Horse PRO! Become a Equine Performance Technician Practitioner -VIP LIVE Certification Course- GENERAL DESCRIPTION-Dates, Cost and Modules TBD. This is an ALL LIVE, ALL HANDS-ON Intensive Course with Prerequisites and Horse Experience Requirements. Acceptance into this course is by Application and Invitation ONLY. Initially Offered once a year for 15 participants. Approximate time frame will be 7-10 days of consecutive live training, 2-4 weeks of at home in-course training with twice a week live calls and video instruction, culminating in another 5-7 days of consecutive live training for completion. All content will ALSO be digitally available for reference, the entire live course segments will be recorded and distributed for reference. All participants will become lifetime members of a private FB group, and there will be daily instruction and support available there from Savannah Aliy Jackson and/or team members. After this certification course, you will be listed on the main websites for referrals with accomplishments, case studies and success stories updated at a minimum quarterly. Participation in this referral program also has a minimum yearly requirement of experience and continuing education requirements TBD.

Photograph & Video Release Form
I hereby grant permission to the rights of my image, likeness and sound of my voice as recorded on audio or video tape without payment or any other consideration. I understand that my image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of my image or recording. I also understand that this material may be used in diverse educational settings within an unrestricted geographic area.
Photographic, audio or video recordings may be used for the following purposes:
By signing this release I understand this permission signifies that photographic or video recordings of me may be electronically displayed via the Internet or in the public educational setting.
I will be consulted about the use of the photographs or video recording for any purpose other than those listed above.
There is no time limit on the validity of this release nor is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed.
This release applies to photographic, audio or video recordings collected as part of the sessions listed on this document only.
By signing this form I acknowledge that I have completely read and fully understand the above release and agree to be bound thereby. I hereby release any and all claims against any person or organization utilizing this material for educational purposes.
License to content: You are receiving one license for personal viewing and implementation of the material in the program. You are in violation of United States copyright laws and contract law if you use the material for any other purpose, including making derivative materials, selling it, sharing it with others who are not program members, training others in the program, displaying it publicly or on the internet, and/or sharing your login credentials.
