By selecting “I agree” on our checkout page when enrolling and making payment, The Optimum Horse, Equine Performance Technician Training participants agree to be bound by all Terms Of Service and understand that any violation of these terms may, at the discretion of Optimum Alumni, LLC DBA The Optimum Horse, result in termination from the program without refund of tuition, holding harmless Optimum Alumni, LLC DBA The Optimum Horse with respect to any such termination.

Savannah Aliy Jackson and Optimum Alumni, LLC DBA The Optimum Horse are committed to providing all participants in the The Optimum Horse, Equine Performance Technician Training Online Courses and Live Courses (hereafter referred to as ‘courses’) with a positive experience. Our courses contain information that will help you evaluate pain, crookedness, asymmetry, stress, and other health, behavior and wellness challenges and aide in creating a system and standard by which to evaluate and ultimately fix these issues with your horse as evidenced by results from students who focused and applied this information.

Therefore, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges for the The OPTIMUM HORSE ~ Symmetry Physiology Masterclass after purchase is made. If you are having any issues with the products or services, please contact us at theoptimumhorse@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the problem.

Private Lesson-Session 1:1 refund, rescheduling and cancellation policy. Because there is typically a waiting list for this service and the small number of available spots, cancellations will be refunded in full if done before 5 days of the appointment. This gives anyone ample time to prepare themselves and their horse to fill the open spot. If there is an emergency or other issue and the desire is to reschedule, we request you attempt to find another suitable horse to fill the spot or sell to a friend and or colleague. If this cannot be arranged, we will honor the rescheduling request if it can be rescheduled within 3 weeks.

Due to the nature of the Equine Performance Technician 2.0 Biomechanics and Complicated Crookedness Course, (non tangible digital goods), it is not possible to return the products and services. Therefore, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges for the Equine Performance Technician 2.0 Biomechanics and Complicated Crookedness Course after purchase is made. Tuition payments are accepted via either PayPal, Credit Card and Bank Account (Via Stripe) only. Non-payment of full tuition, chargebacks, or any other failure to honor the payment plan will result in immediate termination from the program and access to all course materials will cease.

“All prices for the program are printed herein. There are no additional charges or interest charges connected with any of these programs. Contracts are not sold to a third party at any time.”

I acknowledge that horseback riding is a dangerous sport, which carries inherent risks of injury or even loss of life, as well as damage to my horse, my property and myself. I knowingly assume all risks, whether known or unknown, of watching, grooming, handling, or riding my horses. I also knowingly assume all risks, whether known or unknown, of participating in the Optimum Horse Symmetry Physiology Courses and Programs. I release Savannah Aliy Jackson Optimum Alumni, LLC, from all liability for any act of negligence or want of ordinary care. In consideration of my participation in this course, I waive, release and discharge Savannah Aliy Jackson Optimum Alumni, LLC, employees, representatives, heirs, executors and assigns from any and all claim or liability for injury to myself, my animals or my property arising out of participation in this online course. This agreement is binding on my executors, heirs, and assigns. I agree that I will defend, indemnify and hold harmless, Savannah Aliy Jackson Optimum Alumni, LLC, employees, representatives, heirs, executors and assigns against all claims, demands, and causes of actions, including court costs and actual attorney fees, arising from any proceeding or lawsuit brought by me, or prosecuted for my benefit or on my behalf, in which this release is upheld. The parties agree that any dispute under this agreement will be adjudicated in a State or Federal Court located in Fayette County, Kentucky and expressly agree to personal jurisdiction of such court. I acknowledge that I have read this release of liability and know and understand its contents.

I hold harmless Savannah Aliy Jackson Optimum Alumni, LLC, and any instructors of the Optimum Horse~Symmetry Physiology and Equine Performance Technician Training for any, instructions, information, or suggestions offered in the course, via email, personal or written contact or on the Optimum Horse~Symmetry Physiology and Equine Performance Technician Training online platforms and Facebook Group pages.

I CONFIRM THAT I HAVE READ THIS ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT, AND HAVE UNDERSTOOD THE CONTENTS.

Billing Policies

Billing Policies

Payment Options: We accept Cash, Credit Card, Check, Stripe, Venmo

General Policies: You are responsible for keeping all credit card details and contact information current to keep your account in good standing. Please email theoptimumhorse@gmail.com to update your billing information.

Billing: You will be billed automatically every 30 days (or the nearest weekday) for recurring charges, or at intervals otherwise agreed in our contract.

Billing Disputes: In the unlikely event of a disagreement between us regarding your services or deliverables, you agree to make a good faith attempt for 30 days to communicate with Company prior to initiating a chargeback.

Delinquency Policies: If the credit card is declined, we will continue to attempt to charge the card on file every 3 days for 30 days (up to 10 times). We will attempt to notify you for updated contact information.

Delinquent Accounts: After 45 days without payment, your account will be considered delinquent. All accounts 45 days past due may be disabled or de- activated until balances are paid in full.

Collection Fees:
Returned Item Fee: There is a $50.00 insufficient funds check fee for returned checks in addition to the amount still due.

Late Fee: Invoices which remain unpaid after 30-days may be assessed a late fee of $50.00 per month.

Chargebacks: If a customer initiates a chargeback, we will assess a $250.00 processing fee for each individual chargeback.

Collections Fees: In the event an account is submitted to a third-party collections service, the client will be responsible for the full amount of the collection fees, in addition to any other fees previously assessed on the account.

Cancellation: Cancellation of an account does not dismiss outstanding invoices or the contracted commitments. At the time of cancellation, any outstanding balance must be settled. All cancelled accounts with an outstanding balance may be automatically turned over to a third-party collection service. This paragraph does not invalidate our refund policy.

Charge backs: Regardless of the outcome of a chargeback dispute by a credit card company or payment processor, we reserve the legal right to enforce our agreements and collect past due balances in court.
